By purchasing from Statutekit you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a digital publication delivered as a downloadable file. No physical product is shipped. Delivery is by download link, sent to the email address you provide at checkout, immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. Your license
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and print the file for your own household's use, including printing as many copies as your household needs.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the download link publicly, upload it to a file sharing service or a membership site, or reproduce substantial portions of it in your own published material. You may quote short passages with attribution.
Educational co-ops, tutoring businesses, and organizations wishing to distribute copies to members or clients should contact us for a license. We are reasonable about this.
3. Nature of the content — please read this one
Our guides are informational references about publicly available laws, regulations, and agency procedures. They are not legal advice, not tax advice, and not educational placement advice. We are not attorneys and no attorney-client relationship is created by your purchase or by any correspondence with us.
Laws, agency policies, scholarship rules, and funding amounts change, sometimes with little notice and sometimes retroactively. Each guide states the sources and the dates it reflects. It is your responsibility to verify anything you rely on against the current primary source before you act. Every guide includes an appendix listing those sources with links, specifically so that you can.
School districts and scholarship administrators sometimes act inconsistently with published rules. Nothing in our guides can guarantee how any particular official, district, or organization will behave.
4. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee that following our guides will result in regulatory compliance, approval of any application, receipt of any scholarship or funding, any particular amount of funding, or any other outcome. Outcomes depend on your own circumstances, your accuracy, and decisions made by third parties we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Statutekit's total liability to you arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost funding, penalties, fines, legal costs, or loss of educational opportunity, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The product is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and to cite every claim to a primary source, but we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that it is suitable for your particular situation.
7. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change. We may add, withdraw, or revise products at any time. A price change never applies retroactively to a completed order.
8. Your account and information
You are responsible for giving a correct email address at checkout. If a download link fails to arrive, contact us and we will resend it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
