Statutekit exists because public rules are public in the technical sense and unusable in the practical one.

The Florida home education requirements live across a statute, a Department of Education FAQ, a scholarship handbook, and several district pages that don’t agree with each other. Every individual piece is free. Assembling them, resolving the contradictions and converting the deadlines into something you can act on takes a weekend that most parents don’t have in the month they need it.

That assembly is what we sell. Everything is cited to the primary source and every guide ends with a list of those sources and their links, because you should not have to take our word for anything.

We are not attorneys and we don’t give legal advice. We tell you what the documents say, where to find them, and which questions are worth asking a professional.
