West Virginia
Four application windows. Each one pays a different amount.
The Hope Scholarship is prorated by the window you apply in: a later application is funded at 75%, 50% or 25% of the full award. The guide works each figure out from the Board's published amount, sets out all six ways a child can be exempt from school attendance, and lists all 65 categories of purchase the account will not reimburse.
