Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to delete the file.
To request a refund, reply to your order confirmation email or write to support@statutekit.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 14 days we do not offer refunds, because the product is a digital file that has already been delivered in full.
Two exceptions, which are not limited by the 14-day window:
- If the file will not download or will not open, contact us and we will deliver it another way or refund you, whenever this happens.
- If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the duplicate charge immediately.
We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or redistribution of the file.
If something is wrong with the guide itself — an outdated figure, a broken source link, a statute that has been amended — we would rather hear about it and fix it than refund you quietly. Write to us either way.
