Short version: we collect what is needed to sell you a file and email you about it. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

When you buy something: your name, email address, billing address, and the details of your order. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

When you visit the site: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed, collected by our hosting platform for security and basic analytics.

When you subscribe to email updates: your email address, and nothing else.

Why we collect it

To deliver your purchase and the download link. To provide support and process refunds. To detect and prevent fraud. To comply with tax and accounting obligations. To send you email updates, but only if you asked for them.

Who processes it

Shopify hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout. Email is sent through our email provider. Each of these is bound to handle your data only as needed to provide their service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Email

If you buy something, we may email you about that purchase, and about a substantially updated edition of a guide you bought. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access to a file you already own.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to receive a copy in portable form, and to opt out of its sale — we do not sell it. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah, and residents of the EEA and UK, have specific statutory rights of this kind.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
